Dr. Rachel Edoho-Eket is a wife, mother, principal, author, speaker, and President of the Maryland Association of Elementary School Principals. She is an ASCD faculty member and also serves as an adjunct professor at McDaniel College. Named as one of the Top 100 Influencers in Education by District Administration magazine, Dr. Edoho-Eket has dedicated her life's work to supporting all stakeholders in public education. She is the co-author of Relational Intelligence: The Key to Exceptional School Leadership, which offers leaders valuable advice to achieve success in today’s schools.
