Feeling overwhelmed and unheard in your role as a teacher? You're not alone. We're a space for educators to:

  • Connect
  • Share Experiences
  • Offer Mutual Support

No Experts, No Judgements

Our support group isn't about telling you what to do. We're a forum for sharing experiences and offering support. Engage in discussions, learn new methods, and discover possibilities that might help in your teaching journey. Presentations on a variety of teaching topics are common, with everyone invited to share insights.

We also have an archive of resources like:

  • Articles
  • Ebooks
  • Videos

Your voice matters here, whether you share your story or simply listen to others

LIVE sessions every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday

Your story matters. Let's share, support, and thrive together.

There are no “experts” or “specialists” here. No one is going to tell you what to do or how to feel. This group is mainly a forum for sharing experiences and offering support for each other. We will not tell you how to cope but offer suggestions or invite others to provide ideas. Within this supportive framework, you’ll hear about plenty of concepts, tools, methods, skills, and possibilities that might help you in the future. We will have presenters on certain topics, but everyone has insights that can help somebody else, and they are encouraged to share. There will be an archive of past resources available such as articles, ebooks, and videos.

Validation as support

Will there be a lot of “trauma dumping”? Well, yes and no. It’s not “dumping” if sharing your experience is therapeutic for you and validating for others. Yes, there will be a lot of retelling of difficult experiences in the workplace. But we will also remain focused on what helped the person work through the trauma and offer support as far as what has helped others cope with a similar situation.

What’s included:

  • Access to members-only Facebook Group.
  • Access to weekly LIVE speaker and support sessions on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

  • You can remain anonymous. If you don’t want to turn your camera on or participate, you don’t have to. Just listening to the experiences of others can be extremely validating and spark ideas and new ways to approach issues.
  • Though we have extensive training in counseling and crisis management, we’re not experts and no one is going to tell you what to do or how to feel. This is mainly a forum for sharing experiences and offering support for each other. The moderators do not try to teach you how to cope, but share their own viewpoints and offer suggestions for help or invite others to make suggestions.
  • Within that supportive framework, you’ll hear about plenty of concepts, tools, methods, skills, and possibilities that might help you in the future.

  • Because there has never been a group like this before, and we are forging new ground, the guidelines and format may change a bit as we settle in, and we are always open to suggestions.
  • We charge a membership fee because the group takes many hours to plan, and there is a lot of technological framework on the back end.
