Brad Weinstein

Founder & CEO

Brad Weinstein is the founder of TeacherGoals, which was launched in 2014 to uplift and inspire educators who shape the future every day. As a publisher of educational books and the strategic leader behind the TeacherGoals brand, Brad is known for translating research-backed practices into practical, actionable tools for schools. He is a recognized expert in school discipline and the author of the upcoming book Discipline Reset.

Brad also co-authored the Washington Post bestseller Hacking School Discipline, which sparked a shift in how schools around the world approach student behavior, bringing restorative practices to the forefront of classroom and school-wide discipline. His work has been featured in numerous publications and podcasts focused on building stronger school culture, improving behavior systems, and equipping educators with meaningful strategies for connection and accountability. Over the past several years, he has worked with schools around the world to implement lasting and transformative approaches to student support.

Brad began his career as an elementary and middle school teacher before serving as a high school principal on the east side of Indianapolis. He later became the founding Director of Curriculum and Instruction for a STEM-focused network of schools dedicated to authentic, project-based learning. Throughout every role, Brad has remained committed to one goal: helping students gain the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Alaina Clark

Chief operating officer

Alaina Clark joined TeacherGoals in 2017 and has been an integral part of advancing the organization and spearheading new initiatives. Alaina oversees the day-to-day tasks and operational functions of TeacherGoals. Prior to joining TeacherGoals, she worked as a bioanalytical chemist at Eli Lilly.

Alaina Clark tutored underserved and underprivileged elementary students in the Indianapolis, Indiana area for several years. She focused primarily on reading and math skills with students who needed additional support. She went on to tutor high school and college students on science and math topics, even helping students get into their desired colleges and programs. Alaina completed a double major at Butler University and holds a B.A. in chemistry and biology.

Heather Brown, an educational luminary since 2009, brings a dynamic blend of creativity and technology to the world of learning. Armed with a bachelor's in elementary education and a master's in instructional design and technology, Heather currently serves as an elementary math interventionist and STEAM teacher, infusing her
classrooms with a passion for exploration and innovation.

While inspiring educators to create a life they love embodies her professional passion, her husband, Melvin, and daughter, Eva are the driving forces and greatest blessings in her life.

She currently serves as an educational consultant who empowers co-teachers to build collaborative relationships and transform instruction to meet the needs of all students. In addition to her role as an educational consultant, she is the co-author of Teaching In Sync and Classroom to CEO in 30 Days.
